Grafton Issuer DAC hereby apply to An Bord Pleanála for planning permission for a strategic housing development on a site located at Carrickmines Great, Glenamuck Road South, Dublin 18.

In summary, the proposed development seeks to demolish existing outbuildings on site and provide for the construction of 167 no. residential units (comprising of 69 no. houses and 98 no. apartments), a childcare facility with a GFA of 188 sq.m., associated internal roads, car and cycle parking, pedestrian and cycle paths, open space, and all associated site and infrastructural works.
